The Performing Arts Center Authority (PACA) located at 201 SW 5 th Ave, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33312 Modernization of two elevators serving the Broward Center for the Performing Arts Scope includes two (2) traction elevators (TK Cabs & Dover Controls) with a capacity of 7000 lbs., serving four (4) floors, with front doors only. Non-proprietary equipment only. All proposals must be submitted according to and comply with the terms and conditions of the RFP proposal guidelines. The best qualified bidder, proposer, respondent will be at the sole discretion of PACA. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
