Informal Bid Flag: No Begin Date: 02/01/2025 End Date: 01/31/2029 The State of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Department of Administration's State Public Works Division/Buildings and Grounds (B&G) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide window cleaning services for the McCarren Complex in Las Vegas, NV. Please see the RFP in the 'Attachments' tab for specification information. 3.1. WINDOW GLASS CLEANING 3.1.1. Glass washing shall be done with clean soapy water and necessary equipment to remove all dirt, grease or stains, and shall be left dry. The use of ammonia or other cleaning agents shall be allowed in solution with the water, but only such materials will be allowed that are not injurious to painted, varnished or building surfaces. 3.1.2. Throughout cleaning process, window surfaces will be carefully checked for any damage to the glass or coatings. Any defects in glass or coatings shall be reported to a Buildings and Grounds representative. 3.1.3. Window frames, seals, gaskets, and other components shall be cleaned of any residual water or cleaning solution to avoid degradation. 3.1.4. All ledges shall be cleaned of all debris and/or all bird droppings. 3.2. SCHEDULE 3.2.1. All proposed buildings at the McCarran Center will be done a quarterly basis. Prior to window cleaning services the contractor shall notify Buildings and Grounds representative to schedule services so tenants in the building can be notified. 3.2.2. Contractor shall be professional at all times and shall take all necessary precautions to maintain a safe environment for the building occupants. 3.2.3. All window cleaning services will be performed during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday.
