Site work for a water / sewer project in Eastville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the connection of two drilled wells and the installation of three ion treatment units and hypochlorination facilities for treatment of iron, manganese, lead, and bacteria in the source water. The successful vendor will be responsible for the construction of various upgrades to the existing waterworks system as detailed and specified on the accompanying project plans and specifications, including but not limited to the following: Furnish and install water softener treatment systems complete with piping, electrical and all appurtenances Furnish and install chemical feed system Furnish and install leach field Furnish and install modifications to existing building structure Furnish and install topsoil, fertilizing, seeding and mulching Disinfect existing East and West Wells per VA regulations Expected timeframe for project completion: 120 calendar days
