The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking bids to Remove and replace Soft Stop End terminal system that is damaged South Bound 218 left shoulder at the 86.3 mile marker. Site visit prior to bidding is recommended. Completion date of work by November 1, 2024. Contract Award One contract will be awarded for all lines. All lines are tied. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
