The project scope is defined by the contents of all Contract Documents, including the Plans, Specifications, Project Manual, any Addenda, General Conditions and all documents issued with this project. B. The scope of work for this project consists of Phase II of a two phase HVAC system upgrade. The scope for this phase is to remove all equipment of the "north" system and to modify the existing ductwork to receive an exterior ground mounted HVAC package unit to supply the existing ductwork as indicated in the drawings and this project manual. Refer to the drawings and the project manual for a complete description of the work. C. Contract Documents, dated September 13, 2024 were prepared for the Project by Clements & Associates/Architecture, Inc. 1. Project Location: Crossett Municipal Auditorium, 1100 South Main, Crossett, Arkansas 2. Owner: City of Crossett, Arkansas D. The Work consists of restoration/rehabilitation work at a historic building listed on the National Register of Historic Places as shown and described in the drawings and specifications for continued use as a public facility. E. The Work will be constructed under a single prime contract.
