Bidders should use lump sum Pricing. Payment and performance bonds are required. DESCRIPTION 1. HVAC Replacement- Refer to plans and specifications prepared by SKYE MEP for the scope of work. A briefscope summary is as follows: a. Replace all existing HVAC equipment. There are five (5) RTUs and six (6) splits systems that will be replaced, including installing a new mini split for the server room. b. The AAON RTU will be direct replacement for the existing RTUs and each will have i. Modulating hot gas reheat ii. Gas heat w/stainless steel heat exchanger iii. Economizers iv. Direct drive supply fan motors with factory wired VFDs v. Condenser coil guards vi. 1115 v convenience outlets
