**As of December 27, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. The committee is evaluating the art work submitted which is scheduled to be completed mid February. Results won’t be until early March. Scope:-The purpose of this Request for Proposals (Solicitation) is to obtain Proposals from artists (Proposers) interested in providing permanent artwork for the east side of the Health Technology Building (HT East) located on Portland Community College's Sylvania Campus. Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, Veteran-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, along with Emerging Small Businesses, are encouraged to submit a Proposal. We welcome Proposals from emerging artists, and those from traditionally underserved and diverse communities. Current employees of the College are not eligible to Propose. The opportunity is open to local, regional, and national Proposers.
