Power Washing and Graffiti Removal Services The Worcester Housing Authority (WHA) is requesting quotes for power washing and graffiti removal services at both Federal and State owned and managed properties. Specifications: WHA is looking for a firm fixed price for the performance of power washing and graffiti removal services, on an "as needed" basis for all WHA-owned & managed properties throughout the city of Worcester and surrounding (see Property Listing). The Contractor shall have been in business, providing this type of service, for a minimum of 3 years. The Contractor must provide the service(s) requested within 3 business days of WHA making the request for service. The Contractor must perform all services during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.). The Contractor shall use environmentally friendly/safe products. A list of products used must be submitted at the time of bid (see Affidavit Form) The Contractor shall use extreme caution when providing services near cars or children's play areas. Contractor shall be responsible for any damage/harm done during the process of this service. The Contractor shall invoice WHA upon completion of each service and must include the Unit #(s) and Street address in addition to the side of the building (Front side/Back side) on their invoice. The Contractor shall bill the unit pricing provided on the Unit Price Form for the appropriate year of service. The unit cost shall be provided in 4 hour (half day) and 8 hour (whole day) increments during a work day. All fuel charges shall be included in the unit cost. The WHA will provide a water source (standard exterior water faucet). The contractor shall be responsible for supplying all necessary equipment, including water hoses to connect to the water source, to perform the services under the contract. The term of this contract shall extend for three years starting November 1, 2024 to October 31, 2027 in accordance with the pricing in the Price Form and no changes to the terms and conditions. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder deemed responsive and responsible. Work under this contract shall consist of power washing and graffiti removal services, on an "as needed basis" for all WHA-owned and managed properties located throughout the city of Worcester and surrounding areas.
