Amtrak is seeking a contractor to renovate and upgrade the Boston Crew Base, located in the basement of the historic South Station building. The project covers approximately 2,000 square feet, which includes personnel facilities such as break/quiet rooms, lockers, restrooms, and office and operations spaces. The chosen contractor must follow detailed procedures for storing, installing, and removing formwork to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality. They are also required to adhere to stringent testing and quality control protocols to uphold high construction standards throughout the project.
