This project is part of the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) state grant, Round 4 and is a component of Phase 3 of the redevelopment of the Jordan Downs Public Housing Development, which also includes 92 units of affordable housing Question Deadline 10/09/2024 Requests for clarification of conflicts and omissions from the contract documents shall be addressed in writing to: Mina Grais Street Improvement Division 1149 S Broadway It will improve access by providing Sustainable Transportation Infrastructure (STI) and Transit Related Amenities (TRA) around the development. Improvements will include sidewalk/curb ramp replacements & upgrades, high-visibility crosswalks, bicycle boulevard treatments, increase in bus stop lighting. New street trees & crossing/ traffic calming components are also proposed.
