As of November 15, 2024, there is no award to Contractors as of yet. The Board will select the CMs at the 9 Dec. 2024 meeting. The Rochester Schools Modernization Program (RSMP) Phase III is soliciting proposals from suitably qualified Firms to provide Construction Management Services for Phase 3A renovation project at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., School #9, 485 N Clinton Ave., Rochester, NY 14605. Questions during the proposal period must be emailed to Mr. Pépin Accilien by 5:00 PM, 27 September 2024, at paccilien@savinengineers.com.
