The General Work Requested is: Construction of, 7" Concrete Pavement, Variable Thickness Concrete Base, Variable Thickness Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, 7" Concrete Driveways, Concrete Curb and Gutter, 5" Concrete Walks, Detectable Warning Field, Pavement Grinding, Sealing Pavement Joints and Cracks, Gravel Filling, Crush Gravel Base, Concrete Removals, Sewer Work, Water Work, Cuc Ajustment, Tree Clearing & Grubbing, Topsoiling and Sodding, Etc.; Located at: St211210223 - in South 37th Street From West Becher Street to West Burnham Street Time for Completion: All Work on This Contract Shall Be Completed by November 25, 2024. Liquidated Damages, Per Diem: $1000.00/day the Residency Requirement for This Project is 40% of All Hours Worked on the Project. For Those Bids Being Submitted Through Online and Using a Manual Bond, the Contractor May Send a Signed/executed Copy of the Bid Bond to the Department of Public Works Contract Office by Emailing Dpwbids@milwaukee.gov. The Emailed Copy of the Bond Must Be Received by No Later Than on the Same Date That the Bids Are Due for That Specific Official Notice, or the Bid Will Be Considered Non-responsive.
