Network Hardware Equipment E-Rate Year 2025/2026 BACKGROUND: The Chula Vista Elementary School District ("District") is a public school district located in San Diego, County, California. The District serves approximately 27,000 students at 50 school sites. In addition, the District has an offsite transportation facility "Bus Yard." Our District services the communities of Chula Vista, Eastlake, Bonita, Sunnyside and South San Diego. STATEMENT OF WORK: The purpose of this bid is to provide a refresh to our School and District Office Wireless Access Points reaching end of life support. The school site equipment will provide wireless network connectivity for all students and staff using the newest wireless technologies. No bidder may withdraw its bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. In the event of identical bids, the Board may determine by lot which bid shall be accepted per Public Contract Code 20117. Questions should be received no later than October 11, 2024, 11:00 a.m. PST. Contract Term July 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026.
