Any questions regarding the project should be directed to Jeff Yohe, PE at MWCD, no later than 5:00 pm on October 18, 2024 in writing by email to jyohe@mwcd.org. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form as stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The MWCD reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/ or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder.
