Contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, incidentals, and travel necessary to provide janitorial services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein. The services shall be performed in District 07 at the following locations in Los Angeles County: A. East Region Office - 1940 South Workman Mill Road, Whittier, CA 90601. This building which, is approximately 3,745 square feet and includes mostly carpeted area (break room and restrooms are tiled floors). B. Monrovia Maintenance Facility - 850 East Huntington Drive, Monrovia, CA 91016. This building which is approximately 4,072 square feet and includes all tiled floors. C. Rosemead Maintenance Facility - 9153 Lower Azusa Road, Rosemead, CA 91770. This building which is approximately 3,000 square feet and includes all tiled floors. D. Diamond Bar Maintenance Facility - 21,420 Golden springs Road, Walnut, CA 91789. This building which is approximately 3,630 square feet and includes all tiled floors. E. Pomona Maintenance Facility - 2650 South Garey Avenue, Pomona, CA 91766. This building which is approximately 6,500 square feet and includes all tiled floors. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement shall expire on October 31, 2026 (estimate). Estimated value of greater than $5,000.00, but less than $250,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
