GENERAL DESCRIPTION Yolo County Central Landfill (YCCL) is required to conduct source testing of permitted landfill gas control equipment, and needs an Air Resources Board Approved Independent Contractor to conduct the testing. The equipment is permitted through the Yolo Solano Air Quality Management District (AQMD). Each permit has source testing requirements and there are additional requirements from the Landfill Methane Rule (17 California Code of Regulations sections 95460 to 95476). Contract duration: 1 year Q & A deadline: Oct 09, 2024 5:00:00 PM EDT. County Issues Responses to Written Comments Wednesday, October 16, 2024. Questions concerning this proposal, including specifications, requirements, terms and/or conditions of a solicitation, etc. should be submitted solely in writing online. CONTRACT TERM: Contractor agrees to provide awarded items and/or services as specified in the RFQ document for a period of one (1) year (anticipated to be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026). The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from qualified applicants (consultants and/or firms) to provide annual source testing for the power generation facility and flare at the Yolo County Central Landfill, as outlined in this RFQ.
