Provide demolition of all existing buildings, paving, and the removal of the underground storage tanks. Complete the construction of a new 32,000 sq ft. office and maintenance facility including, but not limited to the bus maintenance shop, white fleet maintenance shop, break and training rooms, parts room, tire storage, mechanical mezzanine, a new bus wash building, and above ground fuel tanks and stations, for diesel fuel, unleaded fuel and propane gas.
