Saving Project...

Site work for a water / sewer project in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project is inclusive of rehabilitation of approximately 4,000 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer lines by CIPP, reinstatement and CIPP lining of approximately 60 active laterals on rehabilitated lines, 250 vertical feet of manholes by spray liner, and replacing 300 LF of gravity sewer with 16-inch ductile iron pipe. The project also includes locating and /or raising manholes, adjustment and installation of service lateral cleanouts and miscellaneous system repairs as noted in the plans. a non-refundable fee of $40.00. The datethat the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partialsets of Bidding Documents, and Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in the amount of five percent of the total bid amount in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required tofurnish a satisfactory Performance Bondand Payment Bond each in the amount of100 percent of the Bid. The Ownerreserves the right to reject any and all bidsand to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
