Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction Management Services for the following projects - in its Hospital (UHD). Medical Gas Upgrades to Patient Rooms Remediation of deficiencies in the distribution of medical gasses at, and in the distribution system to the patient room throughout University Hospital of Brooklyn (UHD); it includes potential modifications to the patient room headwalls, ceilings and the general environment. Cardiac Cath Lab Suite Renovations Equipment upgrade and modernizations to two Cath Labs and ancillary spaces. Code compliance and provision of a safe and pleasant environment for patients, staff, physician education and research will require significant renovation. Domestic Water Supply Remediation Upgrades to the UHD supply system to correct existing deficiencies. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16.20% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 13.80% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contract Goal: 6% Question Deadline 10/23/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions from prospective responders will be considered if received. Responses to Questions will be given by close of business on October 30, 2024 The Committee reserves the right to conduct interviews with short listed firms. Interviewed firms will be evaluated and ranked numerically using similar criteria to that described above, which will be provided to interviewees prior to the meeting. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
