Parking Lot Sweeping and Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning Services for the Modesto DMV Field Office Term: 36 months A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. Please read full Scope of Work before submitting written questions. Estimated Cost: $85,392.00 Current Contractor: Elite Pressure Washing Services, Inc Current Contract Term: 12/1/21 - 11/30/24 Current Contract Monthly Cost: Parking Lot Sweeping $1,025.00 Pressure Washing and/or Steam Cleaning $300.00 Bidder Qualifications: The awarded contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract. The awarded contractor shall not utilize trailer-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping during the term of the contract. Written questions regarding IFB are due by: 9/30/2024 5:00PM In the opinion of the DMV, this IFB package is complete and without need of explanation. Bidders are responsible for ensuring the accessibility and legibility of the submitted documents. Bids that are not accessible or legible may be rejected. E. All documents requiring a signature must bear an original signature of a person authorized to bind the bidding firm. F. Bids must be submitted for the performance of all the services described herein. Any deviation from the work specifications shall not be considered and shall cause a bid to be rejected. G. Costs for developing bids in anticipation of award of the contract are entirely the responsibility of the bidder and shall not be charged to the DMV. The DMV Project Manager and the Contractor shall attend a meeting on a day and time determined by the DMV Project Manager, during DMV business hours, within one (1) week of the start of services, to perform a walk-through of the premises. Additional meetings may be scheduled at the request of either the DMV Project Manager or the Contractor. Should either party request a meeting, the other party shall respond within forty-eight (48) hours with an agreed upon day and time, to take place within one (1) week. All meetings shall take place at the DMV field office.
