This is a three-part contract for providing and installing a backup generator for the Administration Building at the Saratoga Spa State Park. Engineer's Estimate Range: $518,372.50-$701,327.50 D005917 $30,000.00 Thirty Thousand and 00/100 Dollar PROJECT COMPLETION The completion date for this project is 365 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. CR Number: 2114098 The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract.
