The City of Roseville Environmental Utilities Department is soliciting proposals for the Design-Assist Construction of Aquifer Storage and Recovery Wells 13 (Campus Oaks) and 19 (Misty Wood, (hereinafter Project). The wells were drilled in 2023 and the City intends to use a Design-Assist contracting agreement to retain a Contractor to equip the wells and provide all other site improvements required for two (2) fully functional municipal water supply/recharge wells. The City has patterned the design of these two wells after another project nearing completion, one of which is where the job walk will be held. The 60% design documents are included with this proposal solicitation. As noted in the Request for Proposals (hereinafter RFP), the City intends the Contractor to team with the City, the Citys design consultant (Carollo), and the Citys Construction Management and Inspection team (to be determined) to prioritize procurement of long lead-time materials, advance the design, and construct the improvements.
