Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

TO PERFORM SUBCONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES GCCI, INC. is requesting subcontractor bids for the Analy HS CTE New Classroom Building: Phase 1 Parking Lot Expansion and Green House Replacement Project, a lease-lease back project, which consists of the following: Scope of work: Phase 1: Site improvements to the existing maintenance yard area for parking expansion, new trash area and new greenhouse. Each subcontractor is responsible to ensure that the bid is received by GCCI, INC. will award the subcontracts based on the best value criteria permitted under Education Code 1/2 17406 and as authorized by the District's governing board. Each subcontractor's license(s) must be active and in good standing at the time it provides its proposal and must remain so throughout the term of the Contract. Each subcontractor shall comply with the registration and qualification requirements pursuant to sections 1725.5 and 1771.1 of the California Labor Code and the skilled and trained workforce requirements pursuant to section 2600, et seq., of the California Public Contract Code. Pursuant to Assembly Bill 566 all contractors must meet the skilled and trained workforce requirements for Lease Leaseback Projects. All contractors must be able to comply with the new skilled and trained workforce requirements and will be required to submit monthly reporting of apprenticeship hours worked along with graduate records of staff. All contractors are to comply with apprenticeship requirements as outlined in California Labor Code Section 1777.5 and 1777.7 All questions should be directed to Brandon Gentry at brandon@gcciinc.com Last day for RFI's is 10/10/24, end of day.
