It is the intent of this request for qualification to select a professional services team or design team capable of providing services to assist the City of Grand Prairie with the following design and construction project: The EPIC Parking Lot: this project will be located within proximity of both the Epic Recreation Center and Epic Waters Indoor Water Park on a site challenged by space. The new parking lot will adhere to parking occupancy of at minimum 200 parking spaces within the parking lot by enhancement of accessibility, improve safety, and overall increase of capacity. The new Epic parking lot will renovate the existing parking needs to meet standards of both safety and convenience. The site for this project is located at 2970 Epic Place, Grand Prairie, TX 75052.
