Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) requires the architectural design services (full/integrated design service) provided by the prime Consultant and the services provided by the basic engineering disciplines: structural, mechanical and electrical, with the specification writer and cost estimator as sub-consultants and/or in-house resources. The selected consultants shall provide a range of services as identified in the Required Services section the Terms of Reference (TOR) document for projects in the Pacific and Western Regions, excluding Comprehensive Land Claim Areas. The Consultant will be engaged through individual project specific "Call-Ups" which will include a project specific TOR The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/12/01.
