Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Saratoga Springs, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

This project is for installation of photo voltaic (PV) arrays on the rooftops of the Columbia and Orenda picnic shelters. Both shelters are located within the Saratoga Spa State Park, Saratoga County, NY. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a scanned Bid Security in the form of a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount as indicated below. Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) 8% Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) 12% The completion date for this project is 365 days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract RFIs received after this due date and time will not be processed. RFIs shall be submitted to: Lisa.Gorton@parks.ny.gov Question Deadline 10/18/2024 at 5:00 PM ET General Construction Contract PV Array Installation Orenda and Columbia Pavilions $340,000 -$460,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
