Reference Number 0000364390 Thornton is seeking Proposals from Contractors to provide Snow Removal Services on an on-call, as-needed basis under an open-ended General Service Agreement. When storms have a potential of producing nine (9) inches or more of snow, at Thornton's direction, Service Providers may be required to plow snow, stockpile snow, load and haul away snow, utilize snow blowers, and/or apply ice slicer and or sand, in the public Right-of-Way within Thornton's City Limits, including, but not limited to, arterial, collector, and residential streets, sidewalks, trails, parking lots, or from other Thornton-owned facilities. Thornton requires one or more firms to perform Snow Removal Services on an on-call, as needed basis when storms have a potential of producing nine (9) inches or more of snow. At Thornton's direction, Service Providers may be required to plow snow, stockpile snow, load and haul away snow, utilize snow blowers, and/or apply ice slicer and or sand, in the public Right-of-Way within Thornton's City Limits, including, but not limited to, arterial, collector, and residential streets, sidewalks, trails, parking lots, or from other Thornton-owned facilities. These services may be required by Thornton's Infrastructure, Parks and Open Space, Building Maintenance, or other Departments as needed. Work under this agreement will be issued and performed under Task Assignments. Any questions concerning this Project shall be directed in writing to Paul Morris, Sr. Contract Administrator, E-mail - Paul.Morris@ThorntonCO.gov Thornton reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, in part or in whole, and to award the Project to the most responsive and responsible firm as deemed in the best interest of Thornton; further, the right is reserved to waive any formalities or informalities contained in said Proposal(s).
