All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on Monday, February 24, 2025 Single Prime Contract for HVAC Unit Replacement. All bids must be accompanied by a negotiable bid guarantee which shall not be less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Contract Award/Notice to Proceed: March 28, 2025 Execution of Contract April 15, 2025 Receive Delivery of Condenser and Air June 16, 2025 Handling Unit: Complete Installation-Substantial Completion July 16,2025 Project Closeout 30 days following Substantial Completion. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality which, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders. DEMO EXISTING CU-1, EVACUATE AND DISPOSE OF UNIT, DISCONNECT REFRIGERANT LINES, DISCONNECT + REMOVE 100 AMP DISCONNECT, AND SUPPORT FRAME -REMOVE EXISTING CONTROLS. RETAIN WIRING FOR NEW INSTALLATION. -REMOVE AND REINSTALL CHAIN LINK FENCE AS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE NEW WORK -DISCONNECT 2 CONDENSATE LINES, REMOVE ONE CONDENSATE LINE, RETAIN OTHER CONDENSATE LINE FOR REUSE (ALT-1).
