The Houston Community College is soliciting statement of qualifications from qualified firms to provide Professional Architectural Services The Houston Community College ("HCC" and/or "College") is soliciting statement of qualifications from qualified firms to provide Professional Architectural Services ("Professional" or "Professionals") in response to this Request for Qualifications for Selection of a Vendor(s) to provide certain Professional Services (Texas Government Code 2254.003). The selected firm or firms shall provide services of licensed architectural services on an "as needed" basis for projects designated by the College and shall perform all services by providing all supervision, manpower, materials, equipment and supplies necessary through written assignments. These services to be performed under this procurement will be at the sole discretion of HCC and on an "as needed" basis. It is anticipated that the contract term for contract(s) awarded as a result of this RFQ, if any, will be three (3) years with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms Deadline to receive written question/inquiries October 21, 2024 by 5:00 pm (local time) Questions are only accepted through online before the deadline as noted in the Solicitation Schedule. HCC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept proposals deemed most advantageous to the college system and to waive any technicalities in proposing.
