Location Cayuga County, New York the Sunrise Ag, LLC Covered Barnyard and Waste Storage Facility which consists of an approximately 88' x 50' covered concrete barnyard, 250' x 150' 60MIL HDPE lined manure storage with concrete stacking area, scrape area, ramps, buckwalls and fence, site work, erosion and sediment control, diversion and drainage at the site on Martin Road, in the Town of Owasco. However, the Cayuga County SWCD is not responsible for the guaranteed receipt of any bids submitted electronically. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the bid is received by the bid deadline and in the proper format. The District Board reserves the right to waive any information in bids and to reject any/or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
