The Project consists of but is not limited to: Base Bid - Remove existing roof system as noted. Install new low slope and standing seam metal roofs as noted. Install new skylights as noted. Perform masonry repairs at chimney as noted. Perform repairs at cupola as noted Alternate #1 - Remove and install new box style gutters and rectangular downspouts.
