The Bidders Shall Provide All Material and Labor Necessary to Perform the Installation as Per the Construction Documents and Specifications. Site Work Scope Includes Various Traffic Control Devices, Clearing Site, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Measures, Excavation, Restoration of Asphalt Pavement, Various Driveway Restorations, Curb Restoration, and Landscape Restorations. the Project Includes a Specialty Crossing of Large Diameter Pse&g Co. And Williams-transco Natural Gas Transmission Mains. The Contractor Shall Be Solely Responsible to Investigate the Conditions and Nature of the Crossing Areas for All Gas and Petroleum Pipeline Crossing Items Within the Project Area as Indicated Within the Plans. The Contractor Shall Be Prepared to Conduct Test Pits at Each of the Existing Mains Within the R.o.w. No Machine Excavation is Permitted Within 24" of Existing Pipelines Within the R.o.w.; Soft Dig Methods Are Required by the Governing Authorities of the R.o.w. At a Greater Distance Than 24".
