Renovation of a municipal facility in Lynn, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Lynn will be accepting sealed bids on Canopies over front entrance of a building. Install two (2) canopies over front entrance a 5' x 30' canopy will be attached to building over door and windows. A 24' x 60' canopy will be attached to the entrance canopy and will cover concrete slab. Canopies will have black aluminum fascia/gutter with white 12" aluminum flat pan roof panels. Canopies will be supported by eight (8) black 4" x 4" aluminum post and white10" aluminum c-beams. Post will be concreted into ground beside concrete slab. Canopies will drain with four (4) black aluminum downspouts attached to post across of canopy. Canopies will have approximately eleven (11) feet of clearance. The Town of Lynn reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or any portions thereof.
