Reference number: 20021328 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-10-16 The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the renovation of waste management facilities at habitations Marie-Victorin, located at 7950 rue Jacques-Rousseau, in the borough of Rivieres-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles. The project consists of carrying out work to refurbish three (3) premises for materials management. Without limitation, the scope of work includes: Repairs to walls and floors; Replacement of interior and exterior doors; Installation of new drains and floor pans; Installation of new sprinklers; Installation of new air conditioners; Ventilation retrofit. The work will be carried out in a building constructed in 1972, comprising 8 floors and 83 apartments for the elderly. During the works, the units will be occupied. According to current planning, work is scheduled to start as early as January 2025, but this date may be modified by OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extension on the part of the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum of 90 working days from the date confirmed for the start of work in the letter of commitment.
