Richland County is soliciting electronic Requests for Pricing Bids (RFB) from qualified contractors to provide Richland County construction services to install concrete deadheads on existing retaining wall tiebacks at 2020 Hampton Street's lower parking lot. Question Deadline 10/21/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Online Portal The contractor is to submit a bid that is all-inclusive for all materials and installations associated with the Project. Bids shall include but not be limited to the following sections: o Site Evaluation, o Permitting, Mobilization, o Site security, o Site preparation, o Installation of concrete formwork, o Installation of concrete and concrete reinforcement per drawings, o Miscellaneous construction, o Formwork removal, o Site cleanup, and o Project closeout. 2. Repair of any damage to the facility and/or site will be the contractor's sole responsibility, and all repairs must be approved by the County's Operational Services, Facilities and Grounds Division prior to implementation.
