This project consists of new construction of the following: Custom concrete entry arch (Coordination Only) Custom concrete columns and seat walls (Coordination Only) Custom aluminum arches (Coordination Only) Custom ornamental fencing (Coordination Only) ADA concrete sidewalks & ramps ADA colored concrete sidewalks Band Shell building with a raised concrete stage. The building includes a storage and concessions room. Power and water services will be provided for the band shell building. Concrete steps and railings Band Shell loading dock Lighting for the band shell and plaza Dog watering bowl New storm sewer system Providing water to the site Plaza lighting system Plant material & sod Irrigation system Bids for this work shall include all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, tools/equipment, and services necessary and required to perform the work as set forth in the Contract Documents.
