Boone County Fiscal Court is requesting proposals from qualified Traffic Signal Contractors to provide labor, materials, tooling and test equipment, and facilities required to maintain the Traffic Signal Systems located on Limaburg Road, Cougar Path, Olympic Boulevard, KY 18 and KY 338 intersection, and KY 18 and Rogers Lane intersection for both non-emergency and emergency repairs and/or maintenance needs requested by the County for a two (2) year period commencing November 1, 2024 and ending October 31, 2026. All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this proposal must be submitted in writing via the County's project " online Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any proposal or to accept that proposal which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such proposal may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price.
