Replace Domestic Hot W ater Heaters, Building 38 - Electrical. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $29,600 for H, and $4,300 for E).
