Reference Number 0000279418 4.1 The Work under this Contract is supply of all labour, equipment and materials to provide the lawful removal, transportation and disposal of solid waste from various TTC properties on an "as per required" basis and indicated in Price Schedule - Appendix "I". 4.1.1 Prices in item No. 1 to 8 on Price Schedule shall include all the charges such as, lift, rental of the bin, the content and etc. for one time drop off and pick up a bin. If more than one time drop off and pick up is required the Company is entitled for a flat rate charge of a "Bin Exchange Charge" per each exchange as indicated in Price Schedule item No. 9. 4.1.2 The Company may be required to perform emergency pick-ups of waste, on an as requested basis. When required, the Company shall arrive at the TTC's Site prepared to perform the Work within 4 (Four) hours of receiving a request for emergency service from the TTC's Representative. 4.3 4.4 The Company shall be able to provide various bin size (i.e. 6, 14 or 40 cubic yards) for the purpose of this Contract. The Solid Waste under this Contract may include but not limited to one or mixture of: construction and demolition debris, concrete, contaminated concrete, wood products, asphalt, soil, metal, paper, glass, plastic and etc. Pricing provided by the Company shall be all inclusive of labour, travel, equipment, containers, materials, consumables, sorting, segregation, disposal, recycling, premiums, etc... and TTC provided training (when required). 4.5 The Company must maintain for the duration of this contract Commercial Vehicle Operators Registration (CVOR) Documentation; and, Workers Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) Certificate. The Company must provide copies as requested. 4.6 The Company will be responsible to deliver empty collection bins suitable for the Work to TTC properties as requested by the TTC's Representative(s), and remove full bins, and transport them to a licensed waste disposal facility and dispose the waste lawfully. The Company will be responsible for and do work necessary to ensure that materials removed from the Site are properly prepared for acceptance at disposal facility. 4.6.1 Receiving and Disposal Facility must have a valid Certificate of Approval and be licensed by the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change to process waste materials. The approved disposal facilities, which are in compliance with applicable regulations and permitted to receive materials from the Site 4.6.2 Provide a monthly summary of quantities by weight for all material (waste, concrete, contaminated concrete and recycled material). 4.6.3 The Company shall employ transport vehicle operators trained in conformance with federal, provincial, and local regulations for non-hazardous and hazardous waste haulers as applicable. 4.6.4 The Company shall provide the services within the date and time frame provided by the TTC Representative.
