Title: City of Lafayette and West Lafayette Emergency Vehicle Preemption System Design Services for all signalized intersections within Lafayette and West Lafayette and surrounding area (Des # 2301575) in the Crawfordsville District This Request for Proposals (R.FP) is official notification of needed professional services. This RFP is being issued to solicit a letter of Interest (LOI) and other documents from firms qualified to perform engineering work on federal aid projects. Local Public Agency: City of Lafayette Project Location: All signalized intersections within Lafayette and West Lafayette and surrounding area Project Description: Design, bidding assistance, and construction inspection for the implementation of an Emergency Vehicle Preemption (EVP) system that integrates with the existing Econolite Centracs ATMS in both Lafayette, West Lafayette, and surrounding signals. The EVP system will enable select emergency vehicles to receive priority at traffic signals, improving response times and enhancing public safety.
