The purpose of this solicitation for Arlington East WRF Expansion Project (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide furnishing all equipment, superintendence, labor, skill, material, and all other Items necessary for the construction of the Arlington East WRF Expansion work as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. Additional information can be found in Appendix A - Technical Specifications and Appendix A - Drawings. Question Deadline 11/12/2024 All questions must be submitted in writing to the JEA Buyer listed below at least five (5) business days prior to the opening date. Questions received within five (5) business days prior to the opening date will not be answered.
