DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall provide all labor. materials, equipment, transportation, and tools for the installation of outside plant fiber optic cable, 24 Strand Single Mode from Bldg- 500 MOF to Bldg.415 Contractor will provide workers with no less than 5 years of communications experience and fully qualified to complete a quality installation of outside plant communications cable, fiber optic fusion spiking, fiber optic testing, manhole safety and underground cable placement. Contractor shall report to building 500 room 028, ASRCC/iTO, before beginning and upon completion of ail scheduled work, identified in this SOW, O Install fiber optic building entrance terminal on backboard IAWTIA-563-C in bldg. 415, Install a 24 port ST FODP in Hoffman EWMWG352436 Network cabinet on backboard IAW TIA-569-C in office in front of building 415. install 24 port ST FODP on existing 19-inch rack in building 500. Terminate fiber to newly installed 24 port ST FODP on existing 19" rack in building 500 other- Perform end-to end testing of ail newly installed fiber optic cables. 0 Survey and provide GeoBase data to ASRCC/ITO to upload to CVC. Contractor will terminate each fiber with fuse on ST connectors into the new FODPs. Contractor will test newly installed fibers to ensure each strand is compliant with test standards and provide digital test tesuIts to ASRCC/ITO. Award will be based on government approved funding, and AFFS nor the Government will be liable for any cost associated with bids or cancellation of this solisitation.
