Remodeling of a municipal facility in Arlington, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.

The intent of this solicitation is is to establish a contract for design services for a swat office remodel. The City of Arlington strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and labeled with the company name, solicitation number and title. Late bids will not be accepted.
