Site work, renovation and addition to a fitness / recreation center in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,000-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; for the renovation of a 4,000-square-foot fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
This Request for Quotation is a 2nd stage procurement available by invitations only to bidders prequalified through RFPQ-2410262 Renovation of the Connor Building. Renovations of existing facility (approx. 4,000 SF), new single-storey addition (approx. 2,000 SF) as well as extensive site improvements. The proposed renovations will include alterations and upgrades to the interior, exterior and site services of the existing facility. The general contractor will manage subcontracts for architectural, minor structural, abatement, electrical and mechanical work that could include trades for: plumbing, washroom accessories and hardware, steel doors, windows, various flooring finishes, GWB and tile ceilings, miscellaneous metals and glass, site servicing, parking lot reconstruction, paving, BAS, power and lighting, gates & fencing, communication, security and fire protection. The proposed renovation will also include sustainable mechanical and architectural features, making the facility carbon net zero ready.
