The Town of Smyrna will accept quotations for Front Street Improvements. The project boundary is along Front Street from Division Street to College Street. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for a period of 90 days. Please see enclosed sets of construction plans prepared by HDR Engineering Inc. (HDR) and Thomas & Hutton. The Town of Smyrna reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. All Bidders must be licensed Contractors in the State of Tennessee in strict accordance with State regulations. Bidders shall place their bid in an envelope showing the bidders name, license number, expiration, and that part of classification applying to the bid in accordance with Tennessee Contractors License Law Section 62-6-119.
