Providing Transformer Oil Circulating Pumps and Associated Equipment per the attached specifications and general conditions. o The pump shall receive the Harley sleeve bearing system, including new shaft thrust collars and sleeve bearings. o The shaft, rotor and impeller assembly shall be dynamically balanced. o Motor is rewound or replaced with class F insulation for rated voltage service o New electrical connector installed at motor end o A 15A 12' power cord, bleed valve, 3-part epoxy, Buna-N installation gaskets These technical specifications cover furnishing two (2) General Electric OEM (or equivalent) Power Transformer Circulating Pumps and associated equipment. Proposed equipment shall be a direct replacement and match existing OEM tank flanges and power sources. Supplier will provide a credit value for a Core Exchange Program if offered. Please include the cost of the core value on the quote proposal form, if applicable. If the City will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the core, please notate on the quote proposal form. The City of Redding reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, in part or in their entirety. In addition, the City will award any resulting purchase order in a manner consistent with the City Purchasing Ordinance. The prices quoted herein are firm, and are not subject to change. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities.
