Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Taylorsville, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project Description: This project involves replacing an existing rooftop unit (RTU) with the requirement that the old unit must be removed and air flow restored within 48 hours. Since the building is occupied, maintaining the indoor set point (temperature and air quality) is critical throughout the process. The scope of work (SOW) includes all necessary modifications to ducting, electrical connections, controls, and roofing to accommodate the new RTU installation.
