for the following: Manufacturer is to design and build, (8) eight over a three year contract, 12.5 kV, three phase solid dielectric reclosers and controls to Central Lincoln specifications. The area units will be installed is subject to coastal (salt fog) conditions, there for all specifications must be met. This contract will be a three year contract starting July 1, 2024 and ending on June 30, 2027. Each party will have the option to terminate this contract at any time with a 30 day written notice. All manufacturers must be pre-approved prior to the bid opening. At the above date, time and place the District will publicly open bids. In order for a bid to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted bids must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for people's utility districts. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
