General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % Completion of Work: All work shall be completed within Four Hundred Sixty-Three (463) calendar days form the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
