Renovation of a military facility in Hawthorn Woods, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The project includes all necessary tools, labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for the installation of three new 14'0" x 14'0"overheadgarage doors, operating hardware, tracks, and supports including door operators for the new cold storage building. The Village of Hawthorn Woods reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities or to accept any bid which, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the public. Bids may not be modified after submittal. Bids may be withdrawn by written request at anytime before the hour set for the bid opening. No bid may be withdrawn or cancelled after opening of bids for a period of forty five (45) days after the advertised closing time for the receipt of bids, nor shall the successful bid be withdrawn, cancelled or modified after having been accepted by the Village.
